Parcours

We have looked for a new and varied course for this edition of the Zuidas Run, with start and finish on Gustav Mahlerplein.
Drink posts
Along the way and at the start/finish you will find drink stations where participants can grab free Powerbar sports drink and water. One drink station is located at the nhow hotel (2.5 km), just before the junction of the 5 and 10 km. Two further drink stations have been set up for the runners of the 10 kilometers: at 6 km in the Amstelpark and at 8.5 km at Gelderlandplein.

Crossing point 5 and 10 km
All participants run through the Beatrixpark towards the RAI Amsterdam. Just before the tunnel under the railway, the route of the 5 and 10 kilometers will split. The 10 kilometers goes straight on and the 5 kilometers turns right. Pay attention to the signage here!

Accessibility

For participants who have to travel to Gustav Mahlerplein after work, we recommend that they come to Station Zuid/WTC by public transport (train, bus or metro). From Station Zuid/WTC it is only a 1-minute walk to Gustav Mahlerplein. Check the NS Travel Planner or call 9292 for the correct departure and arrival times. If there are work activities on your route, this can be seen in the travel planner. Check your trip again shortly before departure for the most up-to-date advice.

Are you coming by bike? Then you can park the bicycle in the NS bicycle shed at Gustav Mahlerplein. That's free for the first 24 hours. Access is with an OV chip card.

Do you come by car and are you looking for an affordable parking space? Then we recommend parking the car in the neighborhood behind the Boelelaan. That is paid parking on Fridays for €2.50 per hour (maximum 3 hours) until 7 p.m. From there it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the event site. Other options are Q-park Mahler, Q-park Symphony or Q-park Gelderlandplein, where the parking garage rate applies.

The location of the start and finish is the Gustav Mahlerplein. View the map below for an overview of the site and facilities.

Run for a good cause

As a welcoming area, De Zuidas receives 280 Ukrainian refugees in the Holiday Inn on Boelelaan. The organization of the Zuidas Run, in collaboration with its partners and the crisis organization of the Municipality of Amsterdam, wants to offer vital daytime activities in addition to shelter.

Do you want to contribute to this? Then transfer a non-binding amount to the Tikkie account of the Zuidas Run. We will donate all the contributions to that charity after the Run.

Zuidas Run checklist: Are you well prepared?

1. Are all your team members registered via www.zuidasrun.nl?
